Terra Nova Hobby will accept returns on any unopened, unused item within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us within 7 days to request a return authorization. Any Nitro engines which have been mounted in a vehicle, or stand, are non returnable unless approved by Terra Nova Hobby. Any Nitro engines which have had fuel in them, are NON Returnable, No exceptions. Nitro engines have a limited warranty, due to the nature of the hobby. If a Nitro engine is found to be defective, it may be repaired by Terra Nova Hobby, but is not a guarantee. All warranties, other than products from SH Engines and Z-Car, are warranted by the manufacturer and not the responsibility of Terra Nova Hobby. Please contact the proper manufacturer directly for warranty on these products.
